Take notice that the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Hawkesbury will hold a public meeting on Thursday, May 6, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. virtually in order to consider a proposed Amendment to Zoning By-law No 20-2018 under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13. 

The purpose of the application is to rezone the subject land from Open Space (OS) to Residential Zone 3 (R3) and to add the use of Stacked Townhouse as well as adding a definition of Stacked Townhouse in said by-law.

This amendment concerns the property located on the corner of McGill and Nelson streets, described as being Part of lots 187 and 188, Registered Plan M-14, in the town of Hawkesbury, County of Prescott.
