Before applying for recognition
It is important to note the following before submitting your application:
- Only applications that are completed correctly and legibly will be accepted;
- A recognition application can be submitted at any time during the year;
- Only organizations that meet the requirements and submit the prescribed documents outlined in the recognition policy will be approved;
- All recognition applications must be ratified during a Town Council meeting. Organizations may confirm the approval timeline with the Recreation Department.
