Recycling collection services

Recycling must be set out on your property slightly set back from the curb or sidewalk, no sooner than 5:00 p.m. the day prior to the collection. The collection will normally start at 6:00 a.m. Thank you for following these guidelines for regular recycling collections.

Recycling can be set out in your choice of the following 5 containers:

  • Blue box.
  • Blue rolling bin, European grip.
  • Clear plastic bags.
  • Carboard boxes, not exceeding 76cm (30") in height, width or length.
  • Any lidded container (less than 360L) that is well identified with blue recycling stickers (available for free at Town Hall).
  • Certain materials (electronics and select large, white packaging Styrofoam) can also be dropped off at a privately operated local depot: Recycle-Action

This depot site does NOT accept Household Hazardous Waste.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation in making our Town more sustainable!
