We want to inform you that the seasonal boat passes will be able to pick up on May 8, 9 and 10 at the ticket office of the Robert Hartley Sports Complex, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

The payment terminal for daily passes at Confederation Park will be in operation from Friday, May 19.

Starting Monday, May 1, 2023, the Environmental Service will proceed to its annual unidirectional flushing program of the drinking water distribution system. It will be performed from Monday to Friday, between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., for an approximate period of 5 weeks. The flushing program schedule can be found at the end of this notice.

The Hawkesbury Fire Department would like to let you know that the residential visits in your homes to assure that your smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are functional starts today. Your local fire department is here to help so if you have any questions, let us know upon our visit. Our firefighters want to ensure that you are safe in case of a fire because a working smoke or carbon monoxide alarm, it’s the law!

As the weather gets warmer, landscaping and home improvement projects begin.

Back in September 2022, the Town partnered with SLWC to offer Hawkesbury homeowners protection plans to help cover the potentially expensive repair costs associated with their portion of water and sewer service lines. These plans, offered by SWLC, are used by over 1000 cities, municipalities, and utilities across North America, including over 65 in Ontario.
