This notice is to inform you that there will be municipal infrastructure work performed tomorrow September 16, 2020, between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Albert and Stevens street intersection.

During this time, a temporary drop of pressure and/or a minor water interruption may occur which can cause a reddish coloring of the water. HAWKESBURY OPP MOVING TO NEW FACILITY

Access Temporarily Limited

(HAWKESBURY, ON) – The Hawkesbury Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is moving and this means a new address and temporary limits on in-person and phone service.

The official move to the new facility at 1425 Cameron Street in Hawkesbury will be September 14-16, 2020.  This means the detachment will not be open to the public on those days and the local phone number will either be out-of-service or may go directly to voicemail during the transition.

This will not have any impact on calls to 911 or our non-urgent number, 1-888-310-1122.  There will be no disruption in front line policing services. Officers will continue to respond to urgent and non-urgent calls.

After the move is complete, controlled access to the new detachment will be in place in order to protect the public and detachment personnel during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Hawkesbury OPP would like to thank the public for its patience during the move into the new detachment.
