In 2019, the municipality began the process of a study on development charges. The purpose of Development Charges (D.C.) is to recover the capital costs associated with residential and non-residential growth within the municipality. In sum, the new development projects pay for the required infrastructure for these new projects.

As part of the public regulatory process, we share the report of said study. A presentation of the study will take place at a public meeting held on February 18, 2020.
