Clerk's office
The Clerk's Office is responsible for the management of all legal aspects of the Town council and administration. It sees to the preparation, the holding and the follow-up of the meetings of the municipal council and the Committee of the Whole and it ensures the operational and professional support. It sees to the management of the Town's archives as well as the processing and signing of various documents as well as the development of municipal regulations and the management of electoral processes during municipal elections.
It receives and processes insurance claims files. It also sees to requests for access to information and to demands to the Commissioner of oaths and various signatures.
